Carolina Way Camp is run by North Carolina Study Center staff members, returning students, alumni, and local volunteers, all with the mission of welcoming incoming students into the body of Christ at UNC-CH.

CWC seeks out influential and mission-minded volunteers to guide incoming students into the Christian community here at UNC-CH. Our hope is that through the wisdom and experience of our staff, incoming students will be better prepared for life as a Christian at UNC. 

Current students are invited to serve in one of two leadership roles: Student Staff and Soph Serve. Student Staff consists of juniors & seniors who are paired with a group of first-years. Soph Serve is a team of sophomores who help Study Center staff run the camp, and also have their own sophomore-specific programming.
